Private Client Services

A small number of clients work with us directly. This is how that works.

Fit and sizing

Our pieces are cut to considered proportions rather than standard blocks. If you are between sizes, or unsure how a 350 GSM hoodie will sit on your frame, tell us your measurements and what you already wear well. We will tell you honestly which size to take, and when a piece is not right for you.

Building a wardrobe

The Essential Collection was designed to function as a system — each piece working alone, and together. If you are starting from nothing, we will suggest an order to build in rather than sell you everything at once.

Alterations and repairs

Gabriel trained under a tailor before this collection existed, and we would rather repair a piece than see it replaced. Owners of registered garments can request alterations and repairs directly. Tap the badge on your piece, or contact us with your serial.

Gifting

If you are buying for someone else, we will help you choose, and we will wrap it properly. Digital gift cards are available if you would rather they chose themselves.
