Shipping & Delivery
Do you really offer free shipping worldwide?
Yes, absolutely! We offer free shipping on every order to every destination, with no minimum purchase required. Whether you're ordering one T-shirt or ten, shipping is always free.
How long does shipping take to the US, UK, and Dubai?
US: 7-14 business days
UK: 10-16 business days
Dubai: 8-15 business days
Other countries: 10-21 business days
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
Most customers don't pay additional fees:
• US: Orders under $800 USD typically duty-free
• UK: Orders under £135 typically duty-free
• Dubai: 5% VAT may apply on delivery
Any customs fees are the customer's responsibility, but we'll help you understand the process.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package all the way to your door.

What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted look. Remember, we offer free exchanges if you need a different size!
How should I care for my mercerised cotton T-shirts?

Orders & Returns
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unworn with original tags. We provide free return shipping for faulty items. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Absolutely! Contact us at gabriel@antarainternational.com with your order number. We can often send a replacement before you return the original item to speed up the process.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely, and your bank will convert AUD to your local currency.
