Shipping & delivery
Getting it to you
Do you really ship free worldwide?
Yes — free shipping on every order, to every destination, with no minimum. One piece or ten, shipping is always included.
How long does delivery take?
US 7–14 business days · UK 10–16 · Dubai 8–15 · rest of world 10–21.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Most clients don't. US orders under US$800 and UK orders under £135 are typically duty-free; Dubai may apply 5% VAT on delivery. Any fees are the client's responsibility, and we'll help you understand them.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

How do your sizes fit?
A relaxed, contemporary fit for all-day wear. See the Size Guide for measurements and conversions.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up for a more relaxed fit, or down for a closer cut. Exchanges are free if you need to switch.
How do I care for mercerised cotton?
Cold wash, mild detergent, air dry where you can, medium-heat iron. Full guidance on the Care page.
Orders & returns
After you buy
What's your return policy?
A 30-day return window from delivery; items unworn with original tags. Free return shipping on faulty items. Full detail on Shipping & Returns.
Can I exchange size or colour?
Yes — email us with your order number. We can often send the replacement before the original comes back.
How long do refunds take?
Within 5–7 business days of your return arriving, with an email confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, processed securely. Your bank converts AUD to your local currency.
